What does bis mean?

Usually, it means "best in slot" which means the best piece of gear for that particular gear slot.

Rarely, It can also mean "Best Immortal Sorceress", which is a build of sorceress that stacks 'damage reduced by' and 'magic damage reduced by' gear to be effectively immortal.
