I'm not positive, but heard a scam going around where people were selling old versions of the gc as the new - and thus you can't upgrade. Double check you have the right gc, otherwise im not sure.

can you show the image of the latent bone break?

do you have another renewed one in your inventory or personal stash? i'd be willing to bet it's that

nah i just dumb i have a renew fire on me so that i cant upgrade
