So i was just running a game in hell in duranc eof hate 2 and a worldstone shard for act 5 dropped but all the letters are red and I cant use it?

I have it turned on and ive beaten the game in hell. im on my 92 warlock which i always mf on and have never had an issue

i looked again and it got turned off, i assume the patch did it
