Where do you XP for 99 lvl? I'm 96 need to get to 99 asap

live in tombs catas or chaos depending on shard availability and killspeed limits

Baalruns are mostly shared XP.
If you can do Chaos Runs solo and then get into W4/5 Baalrun prior to lvl 93 is most likely better than just Baalrun.
Past lvl 93, TZ is always better than Brun. Unless you're slow. But op's question is about best fastest way to 99
