Does Hepasto, in a lvl95 terrorized River of Flame, with cold enchanted also gain "Cannot be frozen"?
Can't seem to find any doc on whether he's got the mod :/
in 95 terrorized, he should be mlvl 99, does this affect whether he gets reduced frozen duration, vs. cannot be frozen?
or is it always 1 or the other?

Idk about cbf but your summon can't be higher lvl then you so he would only be 99 if you are

did find my answer online, however.
Immune to cold apparently means he can't be frozen, since he can't take cold damage.
I guess only thing that could freeze him would require an aura to break his immunity.
