I tried looking for gameplay before diving into a new build completely but found no data on a Rift (frozen orb procing) whirlwind barb.

Is the build just so trash it doesn't work? In theory, it should work with fast IAS. Any insight?

On striking and On Attack do not work with WW

Just play a Cleave warlock it's like a better ww and everything procs off it.
