From a logical standpoint, the onus of proof typically comes from someone claiming a phenomenon exists. For instance, if someone said bigfoot exists, people would ask them to show proof that bigfoot exists, not for everyone else to prove that bigfoot does not exist.
The +%ED/+max/min bug appears to have been fixed. I have personally tested mysef, which is why I am confident there is not a single person who can prove it, and I offer 1000 fg for anyone with video that actually proves that it does exist. Also, there are other people who have proven it as well, and have posted it in the discussion, but due to people like you who spews BS that perpetuates this
