Wouldn't recommend windows xp.

I just make a shortcut of the exe, then right click on the shortcut and in the target field I put -w after the quotations (make sure there is a space after the quotation) then it'll work right away. It'll run the game in windowed mode, then there are no issues. I have lots of issues in full screen.

I can okay fine, but have had random very specific disconnects. Made me have to stop playing HC.
