Sadly there is no options to only do eth versions. Really missing that as possiblity as well.
Ethereal items in the loot filter may give an unfair advantage to veterans at clicking them, perhaps [possibly the reason it isn't in there to begin with? But most likely just due to the fact that one Shouldn't know unless they check/no actual Meta-analysis from their end].
I would, personally (casual player's perspective), rather not know if it is eth. It takes a split second to check and chuck. To me, it's the same "thrill" as identifying an item and Then you also get to identify it. Two for the price of one. Sadly, they're almost always garbage unless you enjoy doing playthroughs. A bit like Looter I think that's what his name is (on youtube) or speedrunners. I think we should be given a method to reroll 1 modifier on items at a cost. Bots would struggle to code for keeping all the different combos and players would feel rewarded to pick them up again (and fit their builds). May be making it so that rerolling an item's chosen modifier has a 20% chance to make it ethereal, too would make this feel great. Along with making the rerolls cost more every attempt... Say: 1extra soh per roll (cham rune+soh for a chance to be eth?/this would make it more reasonable for players to want to cube 2x jahs for it. Something I don't think anyone should ever do atm xD). And
Makes the item Boa?. Feel free to take this idea or any other found on my topic. I wasn't against a Loot filter, but I didn't advocate for one. I am, however, pleasantly surprised.
