Hey, my blood oath is capped with plus skills like level 40 and I feel like there's no way I'm actually getting 75% damage reduction. Is this bugged or am I just getting hit hard? I have maxed res (over maxxed) and still seem to get chunked hard sometimes (particularly stygian dolls)

Apparently only the hard points work. so +20 is 43%.

but....43% is still huge!
