i cannot find any herald ever.
it does not appear in terrorized zone.

why?

once you get ire, then once it appears and your close itll say its hunting you in "place" and normally they'll have aura underneath them and you'll see purple on top of the heralds head and if u put your mouse above it itll say herald of "whatever tier it is"

there is no ire against me at all.
