I just see that Mosaic runeword is banned for saison 13 ...

just a silly way to lost runes ... is it going to come back ? is there Martial Art viable for this season ?

Reason ban was that Bli$$ars released a new expansion with new class and wanted that as many as possible spend money to that expansion to play new class. If Mosaic woule be leagl now less players would buy expansion and play Warlock.

ActiVision Blizzard (a small, tiny, pathetically puny indie company with only one single dev to its name) wasn't able to figure out how to balance it, so they just disabled it instead. Much easier.

i believe that Mosaic Assa was very strong ... but disable it is just ... a strange decision IMHO

It's only strange if you think normally and like a sane person. But if you're ActiVision Blizzard and don't know how to balance your game, then disabling it and giving up completely makes perfect sense.

Not so strange if you look at how overtuned Warlock is.
They have to give a reason for people to buy ROTW.

mosaic was broken and they gave up on d2r before fixing it. they could have just made the not losing charges either not stack or a lower% to fix it

but why they don't disable barb if there such thing as portal barb which arguably stronger than mosaic ..?

took them a month to add a line of code for weapon racks. i hope this helps explains the level of talent they have working there.
