in d2r, when dclone spawns, he spawns on every game for a specific region (there are 3, americas, europe, and asia). this makes the process of dclone much simpler, so the result of that is that the first one to two dclone spawns are done with no announcement with the goal of minimal people outside the secret group knowing, but almost every walk after that is done by a streamer doing the walk for viewership, so they will announce it at minimum like 5 minutes ahead of time in the dclone hunter discord, usually much more advance notice than that. if you really want annis, turn on desktop notifications for discord, and then you will be well notified, but after enough walks, the only value annis have are the time it takes to launch 1 multibox, create, kill, leave, and trade, like now.
