I made a trade with this person and he came to my game while I was afk, left the item on the ground (a skiller) i came back like 20-25 min after ( i was eating ) and the item is no longer on the ground...

if item were on ground 20-25min it's gone to the vortex of b-net...

imo, if i joined ur game and u did not respond to msgs, or pm on jsp, i would leave the game. if i throw items on the ground they must not be worth my time to hold any longer and if u happen to pick them up they are free. if they dissolve into the ether I dont mind.

he then reply to me sayin he got scam from me .... I would never do such a thing... look my date, the amount of trade I do here... anyway

he is responsible for making sure you got your item
there are clear rules for how to communicate while making trades he failed to follow

you did not scam anyone and don't owe anyone anything for this if what you say is accurate
