#1 No, only one of the new Uber Ancient jewels can be socketed.
#2 Protector Stone is bugged, only place in weapons. Socket in a helm if you want, but the Enhanced Damage will be wasted.

i thought it worked fine as long as the base didnt have ed already? so its just borked no matter what if its not in a wep?

well 10-30 damage and -10% phys res is already best in slot for any melee char so its still useful
Put it in a 3sox helm with 2x 15ias 15max instead of 15ias 40ed

That would make a 30ias 10-60dmg helm
