Yes, it does. His HP total.

If it is high enough level terror zone the aura gets a buff as well.

yes, he keeps his p8 hp.

Also, if you capture him during a TZ, he'll be the same lvl as you (not +2/4), getting a buff in his auras at lvl 88 and 96 (mlvl/8 = aura lvl)
