Sometimes have Opalvein ring dropping.
Could you please advise, what builds typically need this?

Especially fire one and ED one.

For example, does fire one have any use on fire sin?

I feel like all builds could use one at one point, but I think Opalvein is never really BiS overall.

I guess any build using cold could use a cold opalvein
A fire build might use a fire opalvein....

If your build is doing any sort of damage then you might use the corresponding opalvein

Only char that might not need any is singer barb and portal barb
