So, been thinking of playing HC for first time to try to get the two archivements on PS5. Going to do offline because i don't want to die to some bs thing online and prefer the statics maps and control over players. With that in mind and thinking that i only want 1 char, the best options i thinks are:

Pala: Can do ubers easy, have good survival, can run fast to do some LK runs. Problem is hammers are a bit tricky to farm fast
Barb: Boo and Hork, what else do you need. The tedious part here is to bring the boy to hell in ssf, pretty slow.
Druid: Always love tornado druid, have a lot of live with oak.
Warlock: This would be the easy choise, can tele the demon to take the damage and hits like a truck, problem is this is going to take some time, scare that they nerf the char before i finish the run.

Any tips are apreciated.

Warlock should be ez af
Go throw norm using either summons blood boil or fire warlock

Do nightmare countess until you get your hand on an insight
At lvl39 you can have swap to echoing strike since you will be able to have at least 3 strikes instead of 1

Then it will be ez af with the summons tanking, you can even teleport them ahead of you so they aggro and you deal dmg safely behind

Check on looter videos on yt he is doing some very nice ssf hc playthrough

As a HC only player the difference between Warlock and everything else is brutal.

If you go full defense (which Warlock has more of than any other char), you can still steamroll P8 offensively - which is why Warlock is unmatched.

You can have over 200% MF, max. Block, max resist, max 50% pdr, 43% global damage reduction through Blood Oath on top of it, easy 4K life with a Bo Barb, Dual Leech, a Meditation Aura, a Fanaticism Aura, A Might Aura, A Conc Aura, constant amp damage on all enemies and tenthousands of sheet (and actual) damage SIMULTANOUSLY.

Portal Barb if you want ez mode.

Yeah, so? What do you do? Play naked, as unoptimized as you possibly can? Feel more accomplished this way?

Btw only Barb boosted on PC, if I play a bit on console this luxury isnt available. So its both, bo boosted on P3, supported by occasional Horks here and there and also P1 gaming without any of those benefits.
