You have that on d2r character planner (just google that), then make an item with desired stats and below it shows the odds.

alright maybe re-rolling rares ngmi afterall

rerolling rares, except for diadem, isnt such a good idea since the item loses some ilvl on each roll.
unless you know the item's ilvl and keep count of it until reaching the proper ilvl for the "last roll" of this item,
and then you have to find a new one and roll again.
thats why the rares we reroll are diadems.

I wonder if maxroll takes ilvl into account to calc odds. I guess it does, I'mma check it right now.

Basically it'll take you 9300 pgems to roll a SK GC with life.
And 370k pgems for a 45 lifer.

These are odds tho. It can take 3 pgems like it can be 1M or never and that's what makes it beautiful imo
