Does the negative to whatever element you find impact the roll when you renew it?

No. It will always roll perfect after upgrading it to renew

Edit: just to be clear, the negative res will always roll perfect. But the answer is still no, it wont impact the roll in general

Is it random which mod it spawns? Weather it’s ED or -physical?

Yes everything is completely random. Some have 3 variables like its either frw, fhr or attributes
