offline HC SSF, grief mainhand, oath offhand, and AR is a problem even with an inv full of max/ar charms. i don't want to have to dump a ton of points into dex just to cap AR, what are some options for offhands that won't nuke my survivability?

Even with Angelics you're having AR problems?

Some monsters have block, maybe that's what you are observing?

Anyway - Oath? Doesn't it decrease your overall dmg?

Blessed Aim merc, not to mention the boost to his own chance to hit significantly improves the Decrepify proc rate against champions and uniques.
That's of course assuming you got your hands on a Reaper's Toll.

This doesn't make sense. Ww uses mainhand to hitcheck stats like 80% of the time, and grief has ITD and -target defence

Though that's already too much for many people, it's actually 80% hork, not 0%.

Maybe the APS is low, giving the feeling that the attacks miss a lot.
A low character level might also be involved or something.
