I just got my bumper to 40 today and it seems like there's no demand for grushes anymore. Is this a normal occurrence on ladder? This is my first time back playing ladder in a very long time so I'm unaware of the timing. Any help would be very appreciated!

the portal barbs are just simply tping from act 5 hell and allowing people even faster rushes

I think you need to be 39 and level to 40 in game for best bumper
