Few questions here.

1. Anyone uses it with your frenzy barb?
2. What Merc is used for frenzy barb with dreadfang?
3. If I have ETH version with 146ED (zoned) and non-eth with 166 ED with open socket, which one is better?

I would def go with eth zoded. You have amp + probably max (or close to) deadly strike from this/higlord/gores. You need raw dmg.

Seems that now you need some cb so i would make that a priority for offhand (last wish? :))

I have rolled today grief for 394 damage this season and wanted to use it as main hand and dredfang to offhand (mostly for amp procs).
But im new to barb.... decided ti give it a chance for the first time in 25 years hehe

If youre planing ww then it wont proc. Yeah grief is probably best option but i dont like it so i forget it sry
