I use echoing strike build lvl 93 I can load a bo barb but lazy on that he can do anything but I personally haven't done Ubers with him get a hell forge guy with bind demon I have enough skill points to give 20 for this and 10 to number of summoning demons so I can consume the goat man
Gear I have cheap using currently the full set 1 bk 3 1 nag 30mf verdundo belt blue 2 skill warlock ammy insight eth cv
mers is barb act 5 sabebs probably spelling wrong full set and the sword that pushes undead
Do have torch and anni but completely not needed for budget but would be my first upgrade if you don't have this
Play in nm until you get use to the build than go from there
