Would a pvp hammer or bone necro use a -10/10 guardians light?

The demand for this jewel is extremelly low and I dont understand why.

If you have free slot - ofc. Ppl actually dont PvP much in rotw.

everyone playing new class so they want items for that class. just hold on to it they will all go back to playing hdin and nova soon
