No.

This will only affect you negatively if you want to use their corpses. So... if you play a Barbarian with Find Item, then you will have fewer corpses to use Find Item on (because monsters being frozen means a part of their corpses get destroyed). Leading to fewer item drops. But if you are not a Barbarian using Find Item, then any sort of cold damage (or other mechanic that destroys corpses) has absolutely no effect on how many items you get from them.
