Why Thunder Maul Forti Changed Str Requirements ? - Topic

Hi!

Today i've reset my stats on warlock with a Thunder maul fortitude equipped.
With no skills it requred 254 str, after giving some skill points the strenght requirements lowered to 173.

My question is, why?
