So i'm trying to buy a renewed cold rupture gc and i'm not sure what variant is better to get; one with -enemy cold res or one with +cold damage.
for context i have a shaco with the new frost unique jewel in it with -6/+10 dmg already. Mf blizz sorc toon.

For cold + damage is better because you already have cold mastery dripping their cold res by an enormous amount
