I have this issue on d2r lod the pre dlc version on console I have this issue when sometimes I exit a game this black screen happens and I’m stuck I hear music but don’t see the d2r logo I’m stuck like this and have to completely close the game and restart it anyone know how I can stop getting these black screens and getting stuck like this why does it do it what do I do to prevent this?

I don’t play on computer only on console. My laptop can’t even run the game.

I would delete game and reinstall unless you have slow internet that takes all day
