If I buy a copy of d2r on steam that I can launch the one from steam and the one from battle net at the same time? Ty

I believe you still need to close “check for instances” process.

Mm in the task manager?

Admin mode Process explorer -> type in D2R -> close handle check for instances

Also, you need to make another copy of D2R exe file. I named mine D2R-2… also in Battle.net make sure you uncheck auto login/auto fill.

1. Open battle net under first email login go to char lobby/game
2. Admin process explorer - close check for instances
3. Run second D2R exe file
4. Sign in on battle net email
5. Login and your good

I use process explorer but I’m sure task manager must have a way.
I’m not 100% on this, as I don’t use steam, but the 2 people I’ve helped who did all had to.
