Probably unintended, because they just forgot to remove daggers from being able to spawn the Sounding and Resonate affixes when adding warlock staff mods. I'd imagine they'll fix it, so you might as well keep this to sell in 15 years as rare prepatch.

Even super useless prepatches are collected in LOD as a commodity. And this one could even be used on a level 30 barb lld barb as a niche collector's item down the line.

yea, found something like that too, but with +2 all necro instead of warcries
