I personally haven't felt the need for it at all, but I'm not trying to optimize my playing time and I guess I don't mind the clutter so much.
I'm also pretty wary of loot filters in general, because while they improve QoL, I think they also have some unintended side effects like standardization when many players use the same exact filters that someone else has curated.
Feeling curious about how other players have used it so far.

Haven’t messed with it, seems a lil complex for a simpleton like myself. I don’t miss important loot anyways, so idk, haven’t seen a purpose behind doing

atm, ive only turned off real junk no one ever cares about. things like thawing/antitode/throwing pots, arrows/bolts since im not a bowazon, and all potions except for full rejuvs, and that alone makes a huge difference.
i have not yet started filtering out more items, and its already alot better.
