I understand that I need to kill elite/champion/bosses to draw the ire of a herald. Once I do, can I:

A ) move onto another TZ with this ire token
B ) continue to only target elite/champion/bosses to get them to spawn, or can I transition to mowing down regular TZ mobs

Keep playing the usual way.
Which should always be targetting elites and killing the big trash mobs packs if you are after runes or craft mats.

2% to draw the ire of herald.
1% chance to spawn the ire token when loading a new tile.

You can have multiple draws available so no worries there.
