Still good to use on non-weapons, even if bugged. Cuz try to find a rune or jewel that give you as much as -8%DR, 4% xp, 31% mf, 45% gf, 1%ctc lvl 15 fade.
Just don't socket it in any non-weapon item that has ed%.
We've seen some ridiculous cases where people have socketed it in some near perf Ars Dul Meph, or a 30frw/3os circ with 2x 15ias/40ed jewels lol
Cuz if you look at weapons... there's not many options...
