Does binding Hephasto from tz make a difference compared to non tz?

Hephasto is a unique so he gets +5 mlvl to your level in TZ.

Hephasto is mlvl 88 in hell non TZ, and he gets lvl 11 conviction.

I believe he gets lvl 12 conviction when his monster level is upp’d to 96, which means lvl 91 for you.

For level wise, he is always +5 for hell TZ’s so one e you hit lvl 84 he will be one level higher than non TZ.

At clvl 94, he maxes out at mlvl 99.

Functionally no. He already never dies and doesn’t damage anything
