Does Void Runeword 0 Skill Abyss Benifit from dagger bases + skills to abyss for non warlock classes ( hammerdin )

if the template is +X to skill (class only) then it will only work for that class.

if the template is +X to skill (no class specified) then it will work for other classes as well (with a limit of +3 to the original class, i.e. cta on baba will cap at +3bo)

so in that case, hdin will benefit from +1-3 abyss from void runeword (boosted by additional +allskills from gear, like teleport from enigma) but not from +X abyss (warlock only) from base

Whats the use case for Abyss as a Hdin ?

packing up stray mobs maybe for easier clear ?
