Its do able yes but really slow
Defensively its alright

Psn sadly sucks online.
Offline, it's pretty good.
But online...
Each time any dmg is dealt, it prevents mob's regen for 8 frames, but also psn dmg stops for 8 frames.

So against bosses, it's practically your merc vs the boss.
His jab will just reduce your dmg by ~90%.
And without merc/summons (to prevent gimping your own dmg) your psn nova is VERY slow at killing bosses.

It's also making it useless to use CE, and impossible to play in team.

All this psn necro talk always make me miss the best d2 online mod Hells Unleashed.

I just amp damage and let my minions kill. Baal takes like 20 seconds on P1, not sure about P8

Works fine, you just need to know that jab resets your poison timer. The right strategy is to load your merc with crushing blow, cast decrepify + clay golem onto the boss. After boss's life is low enough, cast poison nova then tele away to prevent your merc form hitting the boss until the boss dies. If the merc is about to die, cast life tap. There is no need for life leech on merc. More crushing blow is better.
