It would be cool if it were viable. But Warlock doesn't have a way to increase the damage of the aura.

Pally can max synergies to give it hella more dmg, and sorcs can max Lightning Mastery to increase the dmg significantly.

Level 30 Holy Shock adds 1-1668 to attack, and the aura pulses 1-556 damage. The pulse aura wouldn't 1-shot everything in norm, and not be noticeable in hell.
