I know when D2r came out and they switched the portal making is eligible after completing the cow king quest it glitched the cow king where he couldn’t drop the cow king set.

Now ROTW is out did they fix that?

They said it’s fixed and people have said they have gotten it from him.

its fixed i have dropped multiple.

One of them talks.
Issue was apparently with monster id.
Have seen boots listed on chronicles as having been dropped by cow king
