How many IAS I need to be max IAS.

I got :

Fanatism lvl 28 (said boost 37%)
GRIEF PB 37%
Laying of hand 20%ias

Am I a the top IAS with Fanatism? Or I need to put an 15% ias in Helm!

If I use Grief PB with 37 and Fana lvl 28. I only need 8% more..

no you need 8 in total

so just ur grief is enough

u dont need laying on hands ias, u dont need a jewel

just 8 ias in total, which your grief alone already has
