Do you need to reach tier 5 herald? Ty in advance.

Usually reach 5 on 1 shard but sometimes the game can be cruel

ive reached 10+ lvl 5s on a single shard but i wait until lucky games where i get at least lvl 3 from normal tz before i pop one

Yea, just rng, sometimes you can do a whole act without a single herald.other times you’ll get 3 or 4 in a single zone. I just pop and go and not worry about it, you’ll find replacement shards.

There is about 800 of those per game.

3 or 4 in a single zone, that has to be some big zone with several levels then.
I havent had better than 2 heralds with small zones.
My sample is still low so thats that.
Have had Ires in one single unique kill several times so I see how 3/4 is possible but hardly in a place like Burial/Crypt/Mauso.

Is there a maximum amount of heralds per game?

My usual experience / herald farming method is as follows:

I use act 1 shard and try to do almost whole act 1 as fast as possible killing all uniques. Doing so I usually get 3-4 heralds. Best cases 4-5

Then I do act 3 shard. Speedrun through travi and backwards doing the temples. here i usually get an extra 1-2. At this point i get my first - second tier 5 herald.

Then it all shuts down. I usually do act 2 shard and speed tele through map and get 1 herald, if lucky 2. ( total amount so far 7 heralds probably)

When using he 4th shard, most of the times, i dont get any extra herald. Actually when doing act 4 shard so far I had never got a herald in the whole act. which seems crazy to me.

My question is. what is your herald farming method? How many heralds per game do you usually get? Do you also feel like me that after 7-8 heralds game feels empty and have to make new game?
