sounds like a mainhand problem to me
weapon A gives +495 damage / 20% ds / 25% fcr / 30% resists
weapon B gives +788 damage / 65% fcr / 70% resists / 25% max life / 60% fhr
and that extra 30% fhr frees up your gloves/rings for another +350% ed / 50% fire resist / +1 skills / 5% life leech
remove the problem weapon and the rest falls into place pretty easily, considering you hit 125% with just staff + ars meph + arachs + fcr circlet, even on a low roll ars meph
