the enhanced damage, or minus to phys resist? i dont really know -phys resist would calculate.

Most builds wind up with ~1000-1500% total enhanced damage already, the difference between adding 30-50% ed is minor
The 5-10% pierce obviously matters more in almost every case, and a 10% pierce / 30% ed jewel can likely add more than a 9% pierce / 50% ed jewel, depending on what you're hitting
