Prolly because with this new chronicle thing,
Runes for runewords have more value
And 32020 become less valuable since only Gheylock is played. I didnt interest myself into it and whether he uses 32020 or not but if he doesnt there are even less reasons for 32020 to be valued. Altho I would guess they remain big store of value anyways.

it seems that you will be able to roll between -1 and -3 physical res on small charms. so you have to craft your 3/20s and hope to hit -3. so better sell them now and buy perfects again.

Ya agreed. -Resist on charms is insanely. Especially physical and magic resist that are very difficult to get
