What is lod Sunder?

lod means laundered or duped

a lod sunder is unperm and risky

lod sunder is a sunder from the lod expansion, or an "old" sunder.

now we also have latent sunders which only come from heralds in rotw, and renewed sunders which are crafted using a latent sunder.

lod as in lord of destruction

they are playing ladder on Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, the game released in 2001
they can find the old variant of sunder charms, mule them on character and convert it to d2: resurrected, reign of the warlock, current ladder
at which point those charms can be traded with ladder chars.

if by normal you mean lod or old, than ya. they are imported from lod to rotw using the character convert button. ladder or not.
