I don’t understand I have a nova sorc with end game gear and my damage only says around 4K

I see videos where their damage is like 10k or something crazy high

are you surprised or something? That's about where self infinity nova caps out, around 4-5k damage depending on charm cutting. Maybe up to 6-7k with merc infinity builds and full charms
Meanwhile warlocks run around with 13k blood boil with 4x the area covered per hit and 2x damage types piercing both as much as you do with nova, and stapled on top of their free 10k+ EHP from consume+oath and a demon hitting for 20k+ and defiler and sigil and so on

Replace mara with 3/10 or 2/10 ammy, and fcr ring with soj for additional 2 skills of damage. Facet the Griff and viper. Other than that, nothing much to do further.

Yea I was honestly surprised that with self wielding infinity, she doesn’t do that much damage.

I do have a 2/20 ammy I can use & my magi along with griffons both have facets in them.

You can run p8 easy if you holding an infinity with that nova dmg. Not sure what the problem is.
