I have an eth thresher insight with 139 strength req and 106 dex req, required level 53
I have an A2 desert merc level 57, 14 str, 112 dex and he cannot equip it
I have tried removing all his gear to make sure there aren't any buffed stats that might be weird but he still cannot equip

Any ideas?

Are you a warlock?

Warlock has a skill point that reduces the stats needed for an item which might be throwing your numbers off for what your merc actually needs.

As a warlock you are not seeing the true stats of the weapon.

Eth thresher would be 142str/108dex
