Just got a sacred armour drop from non TZ CS. Can it roll Tyrael's might?

If was from a champion pack, it has a chance to roll Tyrael's. If it was from some random monster, enjoy your Templar's Might.

You are describing area 85 level behaviour. Champions have there lvl87 and can drop from treasure level 87 (Tyrael), uniques level 88. If the TZ is level 87 or above, any monster can drop anything.

op did specify non TZ CS
