Rakanishu is always lightning enhanced so when he gets hit he casts charged bolts, and I think this makes him cast amp a lot more than other fant cursed demons, but I'm not totally sure.

Has anyone looked in to this?

He kites too much and wont be good if you want to use it as a meatshield too

Yes it does trigger it more often, if you really need fana aura then lgt enhanced monster is a good idea, but rakanishu is not
