Im on my 3rd shard act 1 and 4 i got to terror quick and have faught many since but since starting act 5 I've gotten no ire after completing all of it except the world stone.

Have I fought too many tier 5 heralds in 1 game or just bad luck?


Edit: just bad luck I just got.my first ire. Wow!

I had about 16 across two acts. I think this is limited only by the number of locations in the game. Theoretically, if you're lucky, you could encounter around 40

My rng sucks on this too. I’ll be p1 and get a level 5 herald from one tz but play p8 and only get to herald 3 after full clearing 3 maps worth of shards

no limit, just rng
